Grading
- Done Well Dirt Works got started installing and restoring gravel driveways and parking areas.
- We also grade for site preparation to handle drainage, landscaping or hard surfaces, and will get your work completed quickly and efficiently.
- Our dual slope laser system allows us to create precise grades for paver, concrete or asphalt preparation and surface drainage.
Excavation
- Excavation encompasses a huge scope. Done Well Dirt Works brings solid experience and resources to take care of your needs.
- We can trench for and install underground utilities for water, sewer, gas, power and telecom, excavate for access roads and foundations, rough in for landscaping, or whatever else your projects require. Tight sites are our specialty.
- We can handle hauling in, stockpiling and and hauling out of materials where needed.
Storm Water Management
- Storm water management has become increasingly important on construction sites. We can manage runoff from impervious surfaces with infiltration facilities, or problematic groundwater with French drains. Whatever you need, we can construct solutions to manage your stormwater and ground water.
- We are CESCL certified for SWPPP inspections. We can manage your on-site BMP's for permit compliance such as installing silt fencing and covering piles, to final seeding and ground cover.
Wall Construction
- We can build retaining walls with natural boulders, hand set cottage stone blocks, or large pre-cast blocks requiring heavy equipment to install.
- Done Well Dirt Works understands the best practices for wall construction and will provide a structurally sound and attractive wall.
- We have resources for engineering when needed for permitting and large or complex wall systems.
Land Clearing
- Looking to prepare raw land for new construction, to access overgrown areas of your own property, or to sell an under-developed property? Done Well Dirt Works can open access to the property so it can be used for recreation, or to allow potential buyers to better see the land.
- Fire breaks are becoming increasingly important with Washingtons longer wildfire fire seasons. We can remove fire prone vegetation and provide maintainable buffer zones around buildings or critical infrastructure.

Mowing

- Done Well Dirt Works will mow anything from established fields to heavy or woody brush. Blackberry patches are our specialty.

- Once your structure is complete, we can fine tune the grading, restore the driveway that was roughed up during construction, add your landscaping materials, and install topsoil for lawn.
