• Overview - Done Well Services LLC uses the following Guiding Principles to provide a roadmap for the success of all managers, employees and sub-contractors of DWS LLC.

• Quality - DWS LLC expects all aspects of the business to be performed with Quality as the primary goal. This is how we separate ourselves from others that provide similar services. High standards, and accountability for all personnel to hold to these standards will generate the results we expect across the business.

• Safety - No work DWS LLC performs should compromise safety. We hold people, equipment and property as sacred, in that order. Zero unintentional incidents resulting in injury or damage is our expectation. Quality work results in high standards of Safety.

• Production - Quality work and safe practices will result the production needed for success. Speed does not equal production. When quality or safety are compromised, additional resources are required to complete projects, which then affects production. Production of quality work performed safely will result in repeat customers and our customers referring DWS LLC to others. This is how we want our business to grow.

• Relationships - Strong relationships with our vendors, other contractors and our customers are critical to the success of DWS LLC, our managers and employees. DWS LLC managers and employees must remain engaged, reliable and focused on customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
